In nurses we trustNurses are still seen as most trusted by public Nurses have again been voted the most ethical and honest professionals. In the annual Roy Morgan Image of Professions survey 89 per cent of Australians rated nurses as most trusted. Nurses were first included in the survey in 1994 and have topped the list every year since. As in past years, doctors ranked near the top, however their image has declined by three per cent in the past year. Although both professions achieved their first rises of more than one per cent since 2003, advertising people and car salesman still remained as the two professions still rank at the bottom.
