RCNA Nursing SummitRCNA’s inaugural Nursing Summit provided a unique forum for nurses to assemble and critique some of the long term challenges confronting the nursing profession and its role in Australia’s health care system now and into the future. Summit delegates were welcomed by RCNA President Associate Professor Stephanie Fox-Young FRCNA and Chief Executive Officer Debra Cerasa FRCNA and were addressed by opening keynote speaker The Hon. Nicola Roxon MP. Dr Heather Wellington, consultant for DLA Phillips Fox Lawyers, and the Acting Aged Care Commissioner Adjunct Professor John Kelly AM FRCNA also delivered keynote speeches that inspired thought and dialogue.
