RUOK? Or, as it is sounded out, Are You Okay? Thursday 8 September is RUOK? Day, a designated moment in our lives to turn our attention to friends, family, colleagues, acquaintances, fellow students and even strangers, and take an interest in their lives. The idea is fairly simple: take the opportunities presented today to ask those you come across RUOK?
