ACT nurses given green light on euthanasia

Australian Capital Territory (ACT) became the latest jurisdiction to introduce voluntary assisted dying (VAD) legislation last Tuesday – with the proposed legislation differing from existing laws across Australia by including nurse practitioners in the process.
