Judge rules viral video cannot be used in trial of Sydney nurses
It has been excluded because, in NSW, it is illegal to record a “private conversation” or activity without the consent of the parties involved
A viral video in which two Sydney nurses allegedly threatened Israeli patients has been excluded as evidence ahead of their trial expected later this year.
