I have found the information on social media abundant but without back up and even read some health professionals promoting the trendy oil so have been a little confused. What you have written here marries with what i have always understood and without clear proof, I think all the rhetoric has been unwarranted.

great article. Disappointed that the benefits of eating cheeses was totally skipped over. A comment re calcium intake would have rounded this article in my opinion. Exploration of low fat cheeses versus full fat would have assisted my decision making.
