The rise in dog bites can also be attributed poor or lack of obedience training and a belief that even a popular type of dog bred for its hypoallergenic qualities, that’s cute, cuddly and teddy bear like, wouldnt hurt their child should have access to their children without supervision. These same dog owners allow their dogs to run at yours without suitable control and say Oh my dog is friendly, but by then their dog could be injured.
Education and mandatory obedience training should be brought in for all dogs and supervised via registration process.
